Hook: Long shank saltwater
Body: Mylar tubing
Tail: Flash material (or other desired material)
Eyes: holographic adhesive eyes

I tie a basic deciever with some flash material. I cut some mylar tubing, push it over the body and tie it off at the hook eye.
I like to use the tubing cause it is easier to apply the epoxy to. I used gold to compete with the gold spoon, but you can use
silver for shad. i'll use some five minute epoxy then grab the hook shank with a clothes pin and rotate it every 30 seconds or so
