Cork Hopper




Hook: Long shank bronze hook
Body: Carved cork body, coated with epoxy, then painted
Antennae: 12# test green mono with melted ends
Eyes: Painted with sparkle nail polish
Legs: Feather quills & rubber bands

A groove is cut into the cork and the hook epoxied into the groove. The body is then shaped by sanding. When desired shape is reached, the body is coatd with a thin coat of epoxy. The body is painted in the desired paint scheme. The antennae are epoxied into holes made with a needle. The legs are siimilarly attahced.
